I bring two complementary streams of experience to this work: 16 years of leadership supporting clinical teams and organizations, and over 20 years running my own private practice. I know what it takes to build something, sustain it, and help the people inside it thrive.
I work with agencies, clinical teams, and companies to design programs tailored specifically to your needs and population. This includes the development of Health and Wellness programs for organizations committed to investing in the wellbeing of their staff.
I don’t teach from a textbook — I teach from the room. Every program I design draws directly from real clinical experience, real organizations, and real people doing hard work.
