Vision: A world where all people are able to heal and grow from life’s challenges, to be the person they want to be.
Mission: Through psychotherapy, education and skill building, I help people meet life’s challenges, overcome obstacles, and discover their unique gifts, resiliency and strength.
Experience
I have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. I work with adults and children, couples and families, and really enjoy the well-rounded and rewarding practice this gives me. I also have experience in community agencies, including four years as Executive Director and ten years as a Clinical Services Director for two community based substance abuse and mental health treatment agencies. My background in community agencies and schools allowed me to help people of all ages work through difficult life experiences, discover their uniqueness and strengths, and follow their dreams.
